Since its founding in 1993, IBSA has provided quality employment & training services, youth development & community service activities, and small business training, development & support services. Activities include individualized services and a variety of group training for those receiving or eligible for cash assistance (TANF), food assistance (SNAP), voc. rehabilitation (VR), youth aging out of foster care, and those youth & adults eligible for programs, services and activities provided under the federal Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act. (WIOA)

Paid & Unpaid Work Experience / Community Service / Internship  (Adult & Youth)

Self-employment Services and Programs: 

Available under provider agreements with the State Dept’s of Commerce, Children & Families Services and other government agencies or nonprofit organizations. Other resources, technical assistance and support services are made available by IBSA staff, other counselors and partners supporting our work.
